What is Zipmail and how does it work?
This is a local delivery service offered by Jamaica Post. Packages are delivered week days only.
The delivery time frame varies based on the time the order is placed.
For orders placed before 12pm, the package will be available for pick-up on the next business day at the P.O. requested. Orders placed after 12pm may not be available for pick-up until 2 business days.
Overall, the package will take no longer than 2-3 business days to be delivered. In most cases, you will receive a call or text to let you know that the package has arrived.
Please note that an ID is required for pick-up.
Cost:
The Cost for sending a package to your Post Office via Zipmail is $500(JMD). You will not be required to pay any additional fees during pick-up.
